Go to Book Appointment. Once there, instead of choosing your Primary Wellness Specialists’s name, choose Enrichment Services. And from there choose the appointment type that is the Q&A with Tom Cowan.

Once you register, you will receive a waiver to sign, so please sign that form well before the day of the meeting. For the sake of your privacy, we will be making sure that everyone who attends is an active clinic member. If you need any assistance, please contact the Care Team well in advance of the day of the meeting.

The day of the meeting, please log onto the Zoom at 9:45 am eastern time. You will either be in a waiting room upon logging in or will be put in a waiting room shortly thereafter. If you do not come at 9:45, we are unable to guarantee that we will be able to admit you into the meeting, because we will be using the time between 9:45 and 10 am to check memberships of everyone in the waiting room.

In order to expedite the process, we need you to come to the zoom using your full first and last name, and it needs to match up with the name you have on your New Biology Clinic account. If you need to dial-in or to use a different name, please be sure to make arrangements with the Care Team well in advance of the day of the session, as we will need to be able to positively identify who everyone is in the waiting room.
