Dr.Pamela Shervanick Bio Picture

Dr. Pamela Shervanick is a psychiatrist who believes that every individual possesses a beautiful spirit and embarks on an adventure in human physical form, with the brain serving as a mechanical interface between the two.

Many of those who seek Pamela’s assistance initially hold the belief that they are somehow unworthy or incapable of experiencing happiness, but it brings immense joy to her to witness individuals uncover their empowering truths.

As a formally trained psychiatrist, Pamela deeply respects and supports those who seek assistance on their personal journeys.

The journey begins by dispelling the illusion that an individual is broken, and Pamela feels honored and humbled to guide each person towards their own personal truth. Within this truth lies the key to mental and physical health, as well as a profound sense of balance and an enhanced joy for life that allows individuals to connect with their authentic selves.

Pamela emphasizes the importance of achieving a sense of wholeness through a balanced body, mind, and spirit.

By utilizing various tools such as nutrigenomics, orthomolecular medicine, neuroscience, hypnosis, meditation, and quantum physics, she develops personalized transformational processes to help individuals attain their ideal lives.

With a background that includes board certification in General Adult Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and completion of a medical residency at Brown University, Pamela operates a private practice in Maine.  Passionate about teaching and group work, she enjoys collaborating with motivated individuals.

Outside of work, Pamela cherishes time spent with family and friends, embarking on adventurous travels around the world, and engaging in outdoor activities that connect with nature.
