And from there choose the appointment type that is the Q&A with Tom Cowan. \nOnce you register\, you will receive a waiver to sign\, so please sign that form well before the day of the meeting. For the sake of your privacy\, we will be making sure that everyone who attends is an active clinic member. If you need any assistance\, please contact the Care Team well in advance of the day of the meeting. \nThe day of the meeting\, please log onto the Zoom at 9:45 am eastern time. You will either be in a waiting room upon logging in or will be put in a waiting room shortly thereafter.
