Refund, Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Refund Policy

Once you have selected and paid for your service, we are unable to provide a refund, regardless of whether you have selected a membership service or a pay per appointment service. Health Care and Pet Care Memberships are subject to a minimum 6-month subscription. However, the Care Team can assist with cancellation requests prior to 6 months due to extenuating circumstances. Enrichment Services Only Memberships are on a month-by-month basis and may be cancelled at any time. Appointment Cancellation and No-Show Policy

1. Appointment cancellations are only allowed within our system if made 24 hours or more in advance of the scheduled consultation. You are encouraged to reach out to the Care Team if you need to cancel within 24 hours under extenuating circumstances. Cancellation requests within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation may incur one of the fees listed below*.

2. If you have a consultation scheduled and it is determined to be a no-show, the following fees* will be applied to your account.

Member Initial or Follow-Up Consultations cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation or Member Initial or Follow-Up Consultation No-Shows are subject to a $75 fee per occurrence.

One-Time Consultations with our Primary Wellness Specialists or any member of our Enrichment Services Team are subject to a fee of the full amount paid for the consultation.
